“most likely to host a talk show” - marching band superlatives, senior year

Carly embraces it all, from headlining an original play at the Hudson Theatres to performing as a stand-up at The Comedy Store. An outspoken advocate, Carly has appeared on podcasts and panels to discuss mental health stigmas in the entertainment industry, LGBTQ+ representation, and other social issues.

Notably*, Carly served as a writer and associate producer on the documentary THE LAST SIGNAL, which saw a successful festival run and subsequent global release in select theaters. In 2019, THE LAST SIGNAL won Best Historical Documentary at the Mid-America Emmy Awards.

*Less notably, Carly was cut as a finalist from an elementary school spelling bee by mistaking the word “carrot” for “carrots” :(
